DEPARTMENT: Fulfillment. SHIFTS: Monday – Friday 3:30pm to 11:55am. KITTING SUPPORT OVERS
DEPARTMENT: Kitting. SHIFTS: Monday – Friday, times vary. The Kitting Support Overs position will be responsible for all excess materials from production including but not limited to the Kitting department. CUTTER APPRENTICE
Department: Bindery. Shift: Wednesday - Friday, 5:30pm – 5:30am and every other Saturday. DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: • Performs hand collating and other manual tasks in Bindery. • Catches printed pieces at delivery end of binding equipment. • Assists in cutting, folding, collating, stitching, and binding of jobs. • Assists with set up and operation of Cutters • Performs other binding operations: eyeleting, round cornering and laminating. KITTING / ASSEMBLY SETUP
DEPARTMENT: Kitting and Assembly. SHIFTS: Various shift available. The Set-Up Team helps the department to transition smoothly between completing one job and setting up another. This is a support role to assist the Line Leads and Supervisor as needed. DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: • Set up job lines as instructed by the Supervisor • Request all materials to be released from the Warehouse prior to job set up • Electronically relocate all materials from their Bin Location to the designated line • Manage the interdepartmental movement of materials, and electronically Bin Locate each item throughout the movement process • Assist in line clearance and clean up as needed • Inspect and repair racking for structural support and safety at scheduled intervals SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE: • High school diploma or equivalent • Forklift and power equipment training required • Technical knowledge of the Kitting department’s and processes/procedures • Problem solving, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills • Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs.

KITTING LINE LEADS
Department: Kitting. Shifts: Various shifts available - 4:30am - 4:50pm, on-call every other Sunday. The Line Lead is responsible for a kitting/assembly job from beginning to end. This involves leading and instructing General Worker’s and Temporary employees in running and completing the job accurately and on time. In addition, completing any necessary paperwork related to the jobs. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: • High school diploma or equivalent. • 2+ years of lead experience in production line environments. • Basic mathematics skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of whole numbers and fractions. • Reliability though attendance, punctuality and attention to work station. • Strong problem solving, decision-making and organizational abilities. • Ability to provide work direction to and train employees. • Strong communication skills including the ability to work well with both line employees and management. • Ability to communicate/understand written as well as oral instructions. • Able to multi-task and prioritize.
